From time to time we all have a need to resize a window just depending on what we are doing. Mac OS Lion has a new feature that will make this task easier, we think. If you take the mouse and put it close to the window edge, then you will immediately see a cursor that is specific for resizing. We really like this a lot because very many times we have multiple windows open. Anytime you have a lot of open windows, for us at least, we need to do some resizing just for screen window management, etc. The cursor that changes and pops up will allow you to resize the window according to what you like Then you can simply move on from that point and do your work.

Learning how to efficiently manage your files is important for everyone, regardless of the operating system they use. The OS X Lion gives you file sorting tools that make this job more organized. As a matter of fact, a method that uses the toolbar is a new addition.

You are given options to choose your preferences on how you would like to organize and sort your varying files. Actually, it did this before; however, now you have even more sorting capabilities that were well considered. You can also choose to sort and organize your files with a structure that you specify. You will be able to find your files easier when you move them to where you want them.

We all know that copying a file or document from one location to another has been possible. We have all done this plenty of times, but sometimes that has been a nuisance for a variety of reasons. There just are some times when you may not want to have the redundant files in different locations.

However, when you use the Command C and V key shortcuts now, you get a different result. You will actually be moving the file from the original location to the new location, not just making a copy of it. If you don't like taking your fingers off of your keyboard, this feature is very convenient. However, you must keep in mind that you have completely moved the file. It won't still be in the original location. In conclusion, you have seen what apps related Mac OS tips are available to use today.
